I'd say it's close to authentic chengdu food, problem is most dishes are really similar in terms of flavor profile. I'd recommend adding 小酥肉for crunchiness and 厥根粉 for sourness.

The grilled fishes are definitely fresh and yummy, skin crispy, although flavor wise it is pretty standard Mala style. It feels like a rip off for the price of grilled fish, especially the side dishes
