The restaurant has far too many frustrating rules. You have to use a QR code to order, they charge for tap water, and there’s a two-hour limit on seating unless you purchase drinks. Honestly, it's a matter of being customer-focused or losing our business. When I choose to go out and spend my money, I expect to have a pleasant overall experience, not to follow a long list of restrictions. This is my number one rule. Visa all feedback.
