Rivas Mexican Food - Surprise

I thought chilaquiles was supposed to have a over easy egg on top? but anyways... had over hard...

This place used to be ok, but now it’s just terrible. Idk if the owners just don’t eat the food...

Great food, but horrible on staying to there hours. Missed out on couple big orders.
