Kyckling Chimi

Our chimichanga is a crispified pouch of grilled chicken breast, red peppers, portobello, Spanish onions, a secret sauce and Monterey Jack topped with a mildly-spiced red pepper sauce and served with Mexican rice and black beans.

Potatis Taquitos

Black beans, mashed potatoes and Monterey Jack cheese rolled in a tortilla and crisped on the griddle. Served with sour cream. Vegetarian.

Barbacoa Nachos

Smoky, slow-cooked beef and our black bean dip smothered in jack and Cotija cheeses, with diced avocados, original salsa, sour cream and pickled jalapenos on top.

Veggie Enchilada

Zucchini, portobello, corn, grilled peppers onions and pico de gallo with layers of white corn tortillas, Colorado sauce (guajillo chile-tomato sauce) and/or green sauce (roasted tomatillo-jalapeno puree) and jack cheese aplenty. Rice and beans with salsa

Barbacoa Tacos

Red chile braised beef, Cotija cheese, tomatillo-avocado salsa, shaved red cabbage, radish and chopped cilantro. Served on soft tortillas with lime wedges, rice and beans.
