If you don’t speak Japanese then don’t bother going place was empty and bartender said no.
The bartender was friendly and his drinks were only exquisite. this was a hidden exceptional cocktail bar under the huge options to visit in the corner!
Beautiful staff. very small and cozy. large whisky selection, but also other good drinks
