はまぐり Shí Táng - 三種町

The ramen was surprisingly delicious, I was pleasantly surprised in a good way! The popular meat dish was sold out so I had no choice but to go with the ramen, but that may have been a good thing. The restaurant seemed to be always crowded, even after lunchtime. The meat in the ramen was not just regular chashu, but pork belly, and was of high quality. The broth was rich, and the soy sauce brought out the flavors well. The pricing was reasonable and the cost performance was excellent. I'm curious about the set meals and tonkatsu bowl as well. I would love to go back for a second chance, including trying the meat dish that I missed out on.

I arrived at 1:45 PM. I saw a sign indicating the end of business through the frosted glass, but I decided to go inside. It seemed like they were just closing, but since I was alone, they kindly agreed to serve me. They were out of rice, but thankfully they said they could make ramen and a plate of motsu. I ordered it and it was served promptly. I started with the soup, which had a delicious flavor of pork and chicken. The meat in the soup seemed to be only various parts of pork, and the salty taste was just right and very tasty. It was a unique flavor that I had never tasted before. The noodles were cooked to my liking - medium thickness and slightly firm. And all of this for just 500 yen! The motsu had no strong smell and was tender and delicious. The owner's passion is evident, as they even write thank you notes in response to customer reviews. I would love to see them on a TV show like "Passion Continent".

I may be able to go during lunch time, so I would like to try the delicious ramen or motsu next time. It was cold today, so I had the nabeyaki udon for 600 yen (in an aluminum pot!) It was very delicious. Inside the restaurant, there are two four-person tables and one four-person sunken table, making it a small shop. I would like to go again for the delicious ramen next time. Today I had the yakiniku set meal for 750 yen. Delicious! No complaints, very satisfied!

みそMMもつ あっさりしたラーメンスープとトロトロのもつ煮。ご飯が進まないワケがない。 お肉屋さんが営まれているので、もつ煮もカツ丼も美味しいです。 改装されてからは初めて訪問しました。 平日はガテン系の方で賑わっているお店です。 食後は会計の際にセルフで食器を戻してあげましょう。

醤油ラーメンmmを食べましたが、美味しいスープでビックリ。次回は馬肉鍋とか食べたいが、それにしてもラーメン500円は安すぎ 再度、塩ラーメンとモツ皿を食べる。モツが旨い。おすすめですね。
