Bidra med feedbackI think they are doing a very thorough job. Each dish is carefully seasoned and prepared. It might be better to enjoy the food in a calming atmosphere rather than a lively one. However, there was a Western-style small dish with flavors in the middle. The taste was impeccable, but considering the overall balance on the tray, it might have been a bit wasteful. The taste was excellent! If it was a simmered dish, it would have been 100 points! However, everything was delicious! The -1 is just a matter of personal preference!
The sashimi was delicious. I was impressed that I could eat such delicious fish in Tochigi Prefecture, where there is no sea. The manager said the secret is "love," and it was exactly as he said. Of course, the other dishes were consistently delicious as well. Thank you for the delicious meal!
On August 8, 2021, I had a set meal of noodles and kamameshi with five ingredients. My husband had a seafood bowl. The meal also included chawanmushi, pickles, and red miso soup, for a total of 1400 yen without tax. The kamameshi and chawanmushi had a rich broth and were delicious. The soba was also tasty with a satisfying texture. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was empty, but it filled up as we were eating. As I had a bit of trouble walking this time, the steps at the entrance and in the bathroom were challenging. Just a heads up, there were no handrails in the restroom.
食事もお酒も、お値段以上！ 釜飯屋かと思いきや、出汁が自慢の和食処。秘伝の出汁は、昆布はもちろん、鯛やらアユやら、野菜だしやら、いろいろ入っている模様～っ。その出汁がすべての釜飯に使われていますっ。 看板メニューの『かまよし御膳』1628円 税込 は、お値段以上に美味っ。小鉢の一つ一つに仕事がしてある板前さんのお味！！どれを食べても美味しいけど、数量限定のランチは特にお得。ランチドリンク コーヒー・抹茶・リンゴ酢から選択 はナント142円でした。ドリンク・デザートのランチセットを付けても+385円とかありえないお得感！！ 釜飯以外も、とても美味しいので是非食べてみて！鰻は香ばしい香りなのにフワフワで、絶妙な焼き加減でした。下手な鰻屋より旨いっ。とてものんびり出来る居心地の良いお店です。（何気にホットコーヒーはイタリア製のデロンギで、本格的なクレマののったコーヒーでした。 PS.コロナでやってた、お持帰り釜飯してみましたっ。 炊飯器の内釜を持ってお店に行くと、出汁に浸かった米と具を入れてくれます。炊きあがってから入れる錦糸卵といんげんは別容器でくれます。家でこれを炊いている時が、家じゅうに出汁の香りが広がって、とっても幸せ。香りもご馳走で、2度美味しいお得感でした！
鯛の釜飯を食べました ｡•̀ᴗ 鯛の風味がご飯を包み、 鯛はフワッとした食感に 仕上がっていて その鯛とご飯を一緒に食べた瞬間 ´ω｀ ホクホク、フワフワ 体と心が温まります。 釜飯だからこそ引き出せる 食材の味を楽しめました ꈍᴗꈍ その他、一つ一つ丁寧に 味が整っていたので 親しみやすいお料理です。 全体的に とても美味しかったです。 続きです ω ７ヶ月ぶりにランチしてきました。 今回は海鮮丼を頂きました。 この値段でこれだけ美味しい海鮮丼は 今まで食べたことがありませんでした。 私の中では最上位にあたるぐらいの 素晴らしい海鮮丼でした ´ω｀ ひと手間ひと手間、丁寧に味付け、調理されてるのが凄く伝わってきました θ‿θ 米の相性、Good •ᴗ• 魚介類や具材それぞれの 味のバランス、Good •ᴗ• 酢飯 ご飯 の温度調節、Good •ᴗ• 海鮮丼 全体のバランスが 物凄く良かったです ≧≦ また、食べに来たいと思います ´ω｀
