Bidra med feedbackThis is a health center where you can also stay overnight. The price for adults is 2900 yen and breakfast is available for an additional 600 yen with prior reservation. I mainly use it for work and it's a great place to stay at a reasonable price. You can eat and drink in the dining hall and then go to sleep right away, which is convenient. There are also a barber shop and massages available, making it a traditional health center. During the day, there are theater performances so there are a lot of elderly customers, but there are two dining areas so you can have a leisurely meal on the second floor away from the performances. The sleeping accommodations are separated for men, women, and mixed so it's easy to sleep. The baths have natural hot springs and outdoor baths, which are very pleasant. They also have a points card system which reduces the entrance fee, making it a good deal.
There are various hot springs and the mist sauna was at just the right temperature, which I really liked. The nap room is separated by gender, and there are tatami beds with futons and blanket. I was able to sleep soundly on a scorching hot day. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They also took care of storing my luggage from my bike. The cleanliness was impeccable and I was able to use the facilities comfortably.
I stayed overnight at this hotel for 2900 yen, so it is cheap. It takes less than 30 minutes on foot from Date Station, and there are no 24-hour saunas or capsule hotels around Fukushima Station, so it was convenient. However, the shortcut from Date Station goes through a residential area, so it is hard to find, and it might be better to use the large road that continues from the station. The bath water is hot, but the Chinese herbal bath is lukewarm. There is also a steam sauna. I slept in the resting room, where a simple bed and a towel blanket were provided. However, I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the air conditioning, external noise, or the sound of the wind. I think there are enough reclining chairs in the rest area. It was disappointing that I couldn't have a meal.
