Qiáo Mài Gōng Fáng Mù の Xiāng

I think the soba noodles are delicious, very traditional if you will... They only serve soba noodles so you can truly enjoy the pure taste of soba. The atmosphere inside is cozy, with a soft-spoken man and woman running the place. It may be a bit intimidating to enter if you are unfamiliar, but the atmosphere inside is welcoming.

The hand-made soba noodles were delicious. I ordered a set that came with a dish called Sanpei Sanmai and wasabi tea pickles.

You can enjoy three types of soba noodles at this restaurant - 100% buckwheat, with grated yam on top, and you can choose between hot or cold. A highly recommended dish is the natural yam mountain soba when it's in season. And don't forget to try the soba broth at the end of your meal! This place truly allows you to savor the authentic scent and flavor of soba noodles. There is parking space for about three cars in front of the building.
