そば Chǔ Xià Chuān - 日高町

I stopped by on my way back from hiking. It was my first visit and I ordered the tempura rice bowl set. The tempura had a good amount of volume and was very delicious. It included 2 shrimp tempura, kiss fish, squid, pumpkin, eggplant, and green pepper. It was hot and crispy, which was great. The soba noodles were smooth and slightly thick.

After waiting a bit due to being fully booked, we were finally seated. The wait was worth it as the food was meticulously prepared and satisfying. The phrase "hunger is the best seasoning" rang true as we enjoyed our meal. We ordered the katsu don set, the mushroom tempura soba, and the tempura zaru soba.
