The service at this restaurant is slower than a snail's pace.

My last two experiences at this restaurant have been extremely disappointing. The customer service was disrespectful, with snippy and dismissive responses from the drive-thru server. When dining inside, I was ignored while waiting for mobile orders to be completed, resulting in a wait of over 30 minutes just to place my order. I found it more efficient to place a mobile order myself rather than wait for assistance at the counter. To make matters worse, the employee who eventually took my order was seen picking her nose and handling food without gloves, which is unsanitary and unsettling.
