Bidra med feedbackMy friend and I decided to order takeaway from Kastet gril burger, but what would have been an enjoyable evening with tasty food, instead became a disappointing and unpleasant experience. When we opened our ordered burgers, my friend was unfortunately confronted with an unmagable surprise: there was a foreign hair in her burger. This discovery immediately removed her appetite, and I had to stop eating my food of fear to find something similar. We immediately rang to the restaurant to report the problem and request either a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately we were surprisingly accused of lying about the hair problem, which was extremely disappointing and unworthy for an established restaurant. Subsequently, we were asked to return both the food and the unwanted hair personally to the restaurant, which we, although we found it uncomfortable, chose to do to solve the problem. When we arrived at the restaurant with the food and hair, we were greeted by an arrogant and unhelpable employee who did not offer us no new food or refund. To document our experience we decided to record a video. Unfortunately we were then threatened with a police review from the restaurant's side, unless we deleted the video. Of fear of legal consequences we chose to delete the video. It should be noted that we were only reimbursed for one burger and not for the associated pomfries or the rest of the ordered items. This was not in line with ordinary consumer rights and left us disappointed and dissatisfied. Overall, our experience on Kastet gril burger was very disappointing and unpleasant. We had hoped for a positive food experience, but instead we were met with lack of hygiene, an unhelping attitude and threats of police review. We encourage the restaurant to take this review seriously and strive for significant improvements both in their service quality and customer management.
I ordered two Gourmet Bøfsandwich on the website, where they were served with rustic potato slices. When I arrive, I notice that there is potato boats, so I point out that the website mentioned potato slices. the employee says that it is the same (It is not) I then ask if I can get ordinary pomfries instead, but she rejects it. Then I say that I don’t want anything and go out. After I have gone a piece of way, she comes out on the street and begins to shout and create. Worst customer experience to date!
Order the burger over the foodora app. First of all, the burger was 10 min late and the young man standing alone in the store so not out to have the least busy. When I got home and opened the packaging for the burger it was completely soaked... Soft buns of sjask wet salad and roasted steak. Really bad burger. Thinking in must have a talk with the young man about how in will drive your burger place for this I never experienced by you before. bright hard, large of building
