Excellent ambience and superb food. I loved this place in Stockholm.
Very bad restaurant. The waitress’s attitude changed when we said we didn’t want to sit beside the toilet (they gave us a seat next to the toilet when every other seat was free). Me and my family ordered 3 pizza and all of them were burned and the waitress gave us an attitude when I asked them to give me a new pizza. They didn’t give us bread or anything while we waited, I had to go and ask for bread and they forgot to give us our drinks. It took a long time for our food to come. We even spent 200kr on a pasta that wasn’t even worth 50kr. There was no toilet paper when I went to the toilet. Even the customers were unhappy with the service. Overall bad place if you’re looking for good food and good service, but if you’re just there for the atmosphere and the looks then you will like it here.
The interior is fantastic, the food is pricy) but very very tasty. However, what brings this review to 2 stars is the sub-par service. Servers take way too long to seat you, take your order, get your check, etc. I've given Il Molo 4 tries on separate occasions and everytime the service is what ruins the entire experience. I dont know if it is a staffing issue Not enough employees and too busy) or if the staff might just be taking things a little too slow. Either way, seeing the entirety of the staff idle and sip cocktails as a queue of 4 groups of people are waiting to be seated is a little frustrating.
Bad experience, overpriced food, poor service. We didn 't know where to sit, staff didn 't say anything and then we wanted to sit at restaurant side , somebody yelled no not there. They didn 't bring cutlery. Food was edible but excuse me, 40 eur for 2 pastas and no effort to even to put it nicely on the plate.
