Albergio - Aarberg

The waiter had a mishap, emptied my wife's shandy over her clothes, a quick apology, nothing else! We expected at least a free coffee but nothing! A pity!!

Nice little restaurant. Service top ie very nice and fast service. The salad and pizza were very tasty, as was the small dessert with expresso. I think price/performance is very good. Can highly recommend the Albergio.

Great coffee. Very friendly service. Highly recommended also for good pizzas. Outside, of course, there is a large, cozy, tranquil terrace in the middle of the historic, nostalgic Alstad center of Aarberg. There are also enough parking spaces available. (Blue Zone).

We had lunch at this place last week. Menu is fixed from 11.30 until 1.30. Arrived at 12.15 and ordered a beer. When we went to eat 3 of the pots were almost empty. We asked if they could be topped up as we had just arrived and were met by the chef who informed us that those pots were finished as they had no more food left. These were the meat pots and obviously the most popular. This was 12.25. This cannot be the best way to run a lunch menu. Get there early or get the leftovers. Don't bother after 12.10 hrs.
