Café Sidewalk - Aarhus

Very delicious food, cozy place, quick and polite staff.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The place is cozy and the staff are welcoming.

Cozy cafe and good food cafe is located along the river and is a really cozy cafe. We were set by the window to the bar in a small stand for ourselves. It was very nice because it took a bit of noise on the bar and the passers. We had ordered gourmet burger and a nachos with chicken for sharing. Their nachos tastes okay, but is not the best. Saving that the filling was more divided into layers instead of being gathered on the top. The right was very quick boring when the filling disappeared Burger was really delicious with a good and juicy steak. The gourmet burger was because there was mushrooms in, but it did not make the big difference. The oven fried potatoes were good, but personally do not seem to fit with chili mayonnaise. Baked a little more sourdough and take the taste of the potatoes. I also got a lemonade with pink grapefruit, which was incredibly delicious! Can definitely recommend to taste it if you are to lemonade.

We just walked along the river and stopped where we thought the food looked good for a place of breakfast. They have brunch and mini brunch, which is a plate of bread and spreads/toppings etc., but we had the Danish omelet (I think we had the vegetarian option). It was delicious, a mushroom omelette with vegetables and cheese, served with a salad, beet root, and Dijon mustard and a few slices of bread. I've read some reviews since and most people love this place, only marking it up to 4 stars because it's a bit expensive but that's location for you. We paid around €25 for a tea, a big beer and the omelet the beer was about €8 of the tea €4 so you go

As a vegetarian you hardly find a place with a delicious vegetable burger, but Café Sidewalk has it! You get exactly what the money is worth. The place is cozy, located in a perfect place. One of my favorite cafés in Aarhus.
