Sweet staff and delicious food and drinks. Interesting and lovely flavors, and they accommodate food intolerances and such with a day's heads up. Looking forward to next time :

Get a seat in the kitchen bar (ask when doing the booking! then ask about the orange wine and the tartar. And then just lean back and enjoy. You're in good hands!
