Bidra med feedbackWe visited this restaurant to escape the hot weather and were surprised by how warm it was inside. It is definitely not the most refreshing place to dine.
They had no taste. the bark had no seasoning and there was very little of it. also for over $20 for a plate of nachos they should be in the position, extra acid cream if they need it instead of paying more...for it! bp has gone down
My coworkers and I were attending a trauma conference and had an hour for lunch. We told our server upon being seated we were in a hurry. Times it took for service: 15 minutes to get drinks; 40 minutes for pizza to arrive for four...of us. The rest never got served. 4 minutes to take our money (what a shocker.. 20 minutes... 20 MINUTES to put our food in to go containers. They were continually saying, “ it will be right up” but it never was. They offered coupons off in our next visit. Why would anyone return for more lies and incompetence? Will NEVER set foot in this joke of an establishment again.
Something is different here...food quality and service is not up to Boston Pizza standards. Order lasagna comes out cold...ask politely to heat it up...comes out warm. Garlic toast is now cold...ask for a new piece...server she forgets...I ask again..10 min later...nope...ask again...finally arrives the entire...time drink has been sitting away from me completely empty. I ask again for a new drink...10 min later and another apology. All this with a restaurant maybe 1/4 full. Desperately in need of some staff training both servers and cooks.
Boston Pizza was conveniently located very close to the Coast Hotel so we just walked over after a long day of sightseeing. The pizza choices were numerous and service was excellent as was the food. The prices were quite reasonable. On this particular evening it was just my son-in-law and myself since my daughter and granddaughter were playing pickleball in The Canadian Invitational Pickleball Tournament in Kelowna.
