Crispy Cod - Aberdare

Chips were yesterday's, thrown back in the fryer. Never tasted anything like it, have ate better McCain's microchips. I won't be going to the co-owned kebab shop on the end now, either. God knows what they get up to.

First time we have been here we were looking forward to it, shame I didn't look at the reviews, the fish and chips were swimming in oil the roll had a funny taste, the fish was also watery and full of bones, the chips were warm at best and we only went from the shop to the car park opposite won't go there again.

Brought a curry and chips and a tray of chips for me and my mate and they were greasy and had no taste. Chicken and mushroom pie was nice tho but chips were horrible.

Lovely fresh cooked fish while you wait and good value for money staff are very friendly

Waited an hour for delivery. Chips were lukewarm and greasy. Fish was cooked in thick batter that was really greasy,not fresh looking and crispy. Really disappointed, as previous order with this fish bar were of a good standard. Definitely will mot be ordering again.
