Bidra med feedbackI had heard wonderful things about Prost, so we decided to visit on a Friday evening. The dining area is quite spacious, reminiscent of a church hall. The service was prompt and courteous. Both the draft lager and sangria were enjoyable. The soft pretzels stood out as exceptional! However, the sour braten didn't have the expected sour flavor; the menu claimed the beef was marinated for seven days, but I was a bit skeptical. The potato dumplings were excellent, as was the sauerkraut. Unfortunately, the pork shoulder was a bit dry. The menu offers a wide variety of options. The apple strudel was very good, while the banana Nutella cake was tasty but also dry. Overall, it was a good meal.
This restaurant offers a wide selection of German cuisine, but let’s be honest – the main attractions are the schnitzel and the beer. It’s a classic German establishment, complete with traditional uniforms and decor. The spacious dining area features a bar with around a dozen German beers on tap. It's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic German fare. I would go as far as to say it has the best German food in Maryland.
Authentic German cuisine and decor! They have an excellent beer selection and the service was outstanding! Definitely worth a visit to enjoy the atmosphere! There is seating available both indoors and outdoors, along with a bar inside as well.
This is excellent German food. The atmosphere is also very cozy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The menu is classical German food with a wide variety of choices. The beer selections are amazing considering we are not in Germany. There should besomething pleasing on the menu for anyone who likes authentic German food and beer.
I had heard wonderful things about Prost, so we decided to visit on a Friday evening. The dining area is quite spacious, almost reminiscent of a church hall. The service was quick and courteous. The draft lager and sangria were enjoyable, while the soft pretzels were exceptional! However, I found the sour brauten to be not very sour—despite the menu stating that the beef is marinated for seven days, I wasn't entirely convinced. On a positive note, the potato dumplings and sauerkraut were excellent. The pork shoulder, unfortunately, was a bit dry. The menu is extensive, and the apple strudel was very good. The banana Nutella cake was tasty but also a bit dry. Overall, it was a good meal.
