Schwan's Recreation - Aberdeen

Great place to go for a few. You can play billiards or even darts, from the looks of things they had a golf game in there. The drinks aren't that expensive

Cozy atmosphere...like dining at VFW, Elks, water buffalo lodge, etc.Food will take you by surprise...its quite tasty.Staff is friendly, but you can tell they're serious about making you want to come back.

Great neighborhood bar... a must when in town. Great place to gather at every celebration.

The food arrived quickly, hot, and exactly as we ordered. The service was friendly, and everything tasted fantastic. The location is a bit strange, and I wish they would consider moving to Main Street—there’s a real need for a good restaurant there. The Flame is no longer in the running, Roman has awful food and service, and Three22 didn't live up to the hype; I suspect many of their positive reviews are not genuine. All the dishes we tried there were excessively salty and took far too long to arrive. I would love to see Schwan’s relocate closer to Main Street. The only decent dining option downtown right now is Lagers.

This is an excellent neighborhood bar and a must-visit when you're in town. It's the perfect spot to celebrate any occasion. They have darts and pool available in the back, along with a fantastic jukebox.
