Ross's Coffee Shop Takeaway

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. It took 20 minutes just to place my order due to slow self-service and unaware staff. Although the food was decent and arrived quickly, the overall experience was marred by dirty dishes, lack of condiments, and a cold atmosphere. The same lackluster service was seen in the shop, with long queues and unattended tills. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a typical Inverurie food experience with a 'that'll do' attitude that most people have become accustomed to.

My boyfriend and I decided to have lunch at this restaurant for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Lovely Christmas lunch and excellent service from start to finish. Large portions and lots of choice on Christmas menu

We decided to treat ourselves to the Christmas lunch today, usually it's a quick dash from work to get our lentil soup and sandwiches. We opted for the two course lunch. Lovely turkey dinner followed by Christmas pud. Then coffee and a mince pie. Service as always is friendly and helpful. We made a reservation for the table due to being restricted for time. Lunch was served promptly and we were all very pleased. Would defo recommend it to others. We bought lovely Christmas treats back to the rest of the team. Thank you
