Blue Sky - Abilene

I was pleasantly surprised by the food and tea. I can't recall the exact name of the dish, but it featured two meat patties topped with grilled jalapeños, crushed onions, and queso. It was served with sweet potatoes, and I believe the price was around $14.99. Regardless, I felt it was worth it! I had enough leftovers to make a sandwich for later. Thank you! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention—they offer both sweetened and unsweetened coconut drinks.

Great burgers. They are big and full of taste. Onion rings are made at home and always on my order. Service is always fast and sitting is never a problem.

I've been tied up for a good burger for a while, so based on a Google card recommendation, I stopped at Blue Sky. It was my first visit there, but not my last one. The restaurant was very clean. The food is ordered at the counter, the menu on the wall in front of the counter (so I did not even see the menu until later. I have a bacon cheeseburger, pommes (Nizza and golden brown, yum! and a drink. The food was made fresh, vegetables were crisp and fresh and the frits were cut hand. There were a few families and the kids seemed happy with their food. It is a family-friendly place. The staff was helpful and friendly, toilets clean and well equipped. I was there in an hour (about 3:00, but there were even other diners there. I definitely go back.

My husband and I travel once a month to Abilene and we like to try different burgers. This was top notch fresh beef, bread, vegetables. Wednesdays are especially on chicken stables and my Hubby loved it. I have the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms on wheat beans and it was so good to eat. Yummy!

Loved the special burger, fries, drink for $9. Quick, good price, in out under an hour at lunch time.
