Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant was very close to earning 5 stars, but my lobster came only partially cut so I was unable to separate the sections. I brought it to the counter and asked for a knife to cut it myself, but the staff seemed unable to help at first. Eventually, they were able to find a knife for me. It was frustrating that such a simple task was so difficult for them to accommodate.
I ordered a Burrito Opera but received a taco instead. I had to exchange it for the Burrito Boat. When I opened it to add salt, I noticed there was no tomato or sour cream. I went back to the counter and informed them of the missing ingredients. They added two pieces of tomato and about half a teaspoon of sour cream. Overall, it was not the burrito I was expecting.
I went through the drive-thru and was told that I couldn't order what I wanted. Instead, I was instructed to download the app in order to place my order.
A good std taco bell. only mistake was forgot cheese sauce on my super deluxe. manager was busy with checker and it took some time to get corrected but was resolved.
My family eats more Taco Bell than it should. It’s my kids favorite place to eat. My 2 sons and one of their friends went through the drive through and my youngest son was going to pay for it but their total came up to 25.04 but he only had 25.00. They would give them their food because they were 4 cents short. So my oldest had 3 cents left on his debit card(broke college kid) so he used that and they still refused them their food over 1 cent. The drive thru clerk suggested they open their door and scrounge for a penny on the ground in the drive through. Yes my boys could of asked to remove one item but to really deny them over 1 penny!?!?!. I will not return to that location at pine/amble in Abilene Texas ever again.
