Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely awful service. Ordered on app, said food would be ready by 6:20 pm. Get there at 6:30, give the guy at the counter my name and he says 5-10 min which is completely understandable. 25 min goes by and someone else asks what my order name is and apparently my order was never even in the system to begin with, even though my confirmation number on the app said pickup at maysville road, ready at 6:20. One hour later I get my food. Will not be going to that location again. I will happily drive out of my way to the DuPont location from here on out.
