At first, I really enjoyed this place, but now the service is a nightmare. Not only do you wait for over an hour for your order, but the staff is also quite rude. There’s no respect from the young staff members. I understand that sometimes people feel defensive, but when working in customer service, it’s important to be more respectful. I won't be returning; I’m now trying to make the same burgers, strips, etc., at home.

Everything is good and tasty, but the lines are very long, which means you have to wait a long time for your order. Other than that, it's great for fast food.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but I hoped for better. We know they can do better; there have been times when we received fresh chicken and potatoes that were so good you'd want to eat them with your fingers. However, in most cases, the potatoes we've received have been just okay.

Очень быстро собрали заказ. Пару минут всего ожидания. Было очень много детей. Мы сидели за столиком почти около мусорки, так как все было занято. И было не очень приятно кушать и наблюдать, как мальчишки роются в мусорке и доедают то, что выкинули люди. Персонал ничего им не сказал, не выгнали. Это нормально? И на сколько я понимаю, на кексике написана дата изготовления. Завтрашним числом? Дата покупки кекса 2.10

Обслуживание действительно медленное, ждали около часа. Заказ решили сделать на самовывоз, оказывается картошку не положили, очень неприятно. Естественно в следующий раз буду обязательно проверять, но уже в других заведениях.
