I also want to acknowledge that the majority of the staff are young people. Today, a family came into the store, and one of their teenage daughters was not wearing a mask. The head barista kindly asked her if she had a mask, to which she replied no. The barista explained that masks were required and gave her one. However, the teenager became rude and disrespectful when the barista insisted she needed to wear it properly, even offering to show her how to do so (it's 2022; she should know how to wear a mask by now). After four attempts, the teenage girl ultimately walked out with the mask without wearing it. I appreciate Starbucks and the efforts of this barista to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times. It’s really disappointing to see such behavior from a teenager, and I feel for the barista who had to deal with that disrespect, especially considering the lack of support from the girl's mother.
It was a cozy spot, and the staff promptly prepared our orders. They also answered all my questions before I placed them.

However, the teenager reacted rudely and disrespectfully when the barista encouraged her to wear it properly. Despite it being 2022, it seems she didn't know how to wear a mask correctly. After several reminders, the girl ended up stealing from the store. I really appreciate Starbucks and the efforts of the barista to ensure everyone's safety during these uncertain times. It's unfortunate that the teenager’s mother didn’t intervene when her daughter was treating an employee this way.
