Bidra med feedbackExcellent! we sat outside and it was perfect. service was excellent and our waiter was so friendly. we ordered drinks and appetizers to start. the fried okra and spinat and artichoke dip is a must. I ordered the grilled shrimp with potatoes and mac and cheese. everything was delicious and cooked for perfection! they were unfortunately from steak and groupers, but that was not a big thing. if they're in the opposite, they'll try. you will not be disappointed!
Just found L.Marie’s and omg have I been missing out. Went there 5/21 with my wife and grandson. It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The service was superb and when leaving I was able to give a shout out to the cooks. I had she crab soup, fried green tomatoes, grouper and shrimp, cabbage easily the best I have ever eaten , black eyes peas, squash casserole and finally peach cobbler. I would highly recommend L.Marie’s and can’t wait to go back.
Love this place! Great food and even a greater atmosphere; especially when KAMP is in town the 2nd Saturday of each month. Thank goodness we now have the option not to travel downtown Atlanta to City Winery. Love everything local.
I was very disappointed in the flavor of the food. I expected more, way more. I was looking forward to experiencing authentic Southern cuisine. We both ordered the fried chicken breast, it was dry and very bland. The mac and cheese had an unusual texture but tasted ok. The squash casserole was very flavorful. The best item on the menu was the fried okra, it was very tasty. The peach cobbler was a big disappointment, there was no crust on the top and was very thick, clammy, and sweet. It was presented as if it was scooped out of a dish as opposed to being made to order. The black-eyed peas and rice was interesting, it tasted like warmed up canned peas just placed on top of white rice, and the cabbage had no flavor.. The servers were very polite and professional.
First time going here and I'll be back! I got the grilled seafood platter, and it was some of the best seafood I've ever had. The crab cake wasn't all breading like a lot of other places. The sangria was amazing and that was the best spinach artichoke dip I've ever had.
