Monterrey Mexican - Acworth

Took the family to this restaurant Saturday evening. We arrived at 5:30 since there were 4 Adults and 4 children. We were seated promptly and then things went down hill. Service was very poor, with one member of our party being served their dinner nearly 15 minutes later than the others. Three-3 members of our party had their dinner served cold. It took my wife to track down the hostess (who was busy staring out the window) to get our check.Last chance for me. There are plenty of other restaurants around!

Best Mexican restaurant in town, and usually not too crowded. Good prices, good service, and good food.

AWESOME food! Great value, for all of the food that you get! Excellent customer service and calm atmosphere. Restrooms were clean and well maintained (important this day and age).

The food is usually great from here. I’m sure business has been slow, however I went the other day and the bowl of salsa that was brought to the table was a BRICK. Completely frozen when my friend tried to dip her chip in. We were embarrassed for them so we left and decided not to order anything to eat. I don’t do old food . Salsa should be fresh. They lost a customer .

The atmosphere is upbeat, the food is excellent. I get the best service by Nelcy. The manager Gustavo is awesome. He helps the staff outand ensuring customers have a good experience.
