Shout out to this place for their excellent service! I especially want to recognize two employees, Jacob and Andy. We stopped here on our way to Florida, and while my husband was busy, I took my two daughters to the coffee shop. Jacob noticed that I was comforting one of my daughters, who had been crying. He approached us and offered his help with a warm hug. My daughter giggled through her tears when he embraced us both. After we explained the reason for her tears, he shared the situation with his coworker, Andy, who also came over to show kindness. Andy brought my daughter a chocolate brownie explosion from Ben & Jerry’s, saying it would help her feel better. She even insisted on paying for it herself, but unexpectedly, the register scanned and didn’t charge her at all. Then, she bought some vitamin water to help ease her headache from crying. All I can say is...WOW! Kind young people still exist! In today’s world, it's tough to find nice people, let alone friendly young staff. It was such a heartwarming experience to receive kindness from complete strangers in a convenience store. Jacob and Andy were truly in the right place at the right time, and I see their actions as a blessing. I pray that God blesses Jacob and Andy for their genuine compassion and simple acts of goodness. The world definitely needs more people like them!

I've never been to a Bad Race Trac, and honestly, I don’t think I ever will! The staff is consistently friendly, the store is clean and well-organized, and the bathroom is also tidy. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Always polite! This is the only place I get gas! It's always clean. They still follow COVID safety protocols, but some customers can be rude and upset about wearing masks and maintaining a 6-foot distance.
