Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Ada

My experience at Applebee's was quite disappointing. To start with, the music was unbearably loud—definitely too loud to enjoy a meal. It took a full 30 minutes for anyone to notice us and take our order. I will say the appetizer was decent and better than the main course. However, we ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for our food. When it finally arrived, we were left unimpressed. After waiting so long, we expected something much better, but the ribs we ordered were completely burned. We couldn't even eat them; it was that bad. Following this awful experience, I have no desire to return. The only redeeming aspect of Applebee's was the appetizer. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you're looking for prompt service—trust me, it takes 2 hours just to eat. I really hope they make some improvements, but as it stands, I won't be going back. - Molly
