Mcdonald's - Ada

Ada Franchise is the worst. I can handle an occasional mistake, but every time I spend my money there, I'm left dissatisfied. Typically, the food during the day shift is better, even if some items are missing. However, everything after 4 PM is just terrible! I brought back receipts and voiced my complaints, but even going to the restaurant in person, the staff remained rude with poor service. In fact, their service was almost hostile. I wasn't aware that each franchise is owned by a different person.
