I ordered delivery for 5:30 one night and not only was my driver late 23 minutes, but my pizza was cold, taco pizza was poorly made, and the driver informed me I need to change my rewards name. Although my manager at the Kinnick store approves of it.

Worst service I’ve gotten in a long time. Cashier rang up wrong items, and wouldn’t listen. Didn’t notice the extra items till I got home. Food was absolute garbage guy in the kitchen put way too many toppings sauce on the subs. The sandwiches literally fell apart became inedible. Ordered one sandwich toasted it came burnt and missing ingredients. Called the store took over 10+ minutes and multiple calls to get ahold of someone mind you and got completely blown off by the guy in the kitchen after asking to speak to a manager. Next time I’ll take the time and drive to Kwikstar or go somewhere completely different. Never touching Casey’s again.

This place is much improved, great service and great management.

This is the 5 time I and my wife have ordered pizza from the Green Street location and they F'd up the order again; 20 minutes late on the order! Not to mention the delivery driver wasn't going to correct the order. He asked us to wait until next time to receive the other part of the order! When I called the store manager; He pretended it was a bad connection and hung up. Absolutely the worst place to go for delivery in Dallas County Iowa!!!

This morning I came into this Casey's to get a Starbucks drink and that cooler was not looking good. The wire shelving is covered in mold!!! The last time I got anything from this particular Casey's the pizza was okay but the bread sticks were inedible. It was like the dough didn't rise so it was super dense and grey and the cheese was overcooked on top. Not to mention the order was 20 mins late. Seriously make the less than a mile drive and go to the other Casey's in town. I have never had a bad experience with them.
