C&c Crab Shack - Adel

Ate here for the first time today, will NOT be my last. i wish i had taken pictures of my food but i was simply too busy enjoying it. i ordered grilled shrimp with crab rice and a side of garlic butter. everything down to the sauce on the table was absolutely delicious. the crab rice is very unique to me, i’ve never seen or had that as a side. the rice was cooked perfectly, the seasonings were so well matched with the vegetable and crab in it. the shrimp were large and the texture was perfect, the flavors absolutely melted all together. the garlic butter is the best i’ve ever had from a seafood restaurant. there was such a nice portion of shrimp, usually places only give you 3 when they’re as large as these are but they give you 8 and the perfect portion of rice. my whole table was so happy with all of their orders, they all got and loved the teriyaki sauce and shrimp. the whole lobby is so cozy and welcoming as the staff has created a warm environment. the staff is attentive and friendly, they really make the experience even better. the chef came out to check on everyone’s satisfaction with her food and it’s always so nice to see who’s making your food. i will definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to everyone i know! I am visiting from Florida and heard good reviews about the place from two relatives of the owner The food was not what I expected I ordered a crab boil. The shrimp cup I did not want anything spicy on the crabs just garlic butter however the crab was cooked well however it was very salty the broil came with one snow crab several shrimp corn and two potato halves basic the items Chase as if they were all cooked along then added in the end I was expecting it all to be smothered in garlic butter sauce however it wasn't and there was a little sauce cup of garlic butter. A Plus is you receive a good portion of food for the price it was not so bad that I would not give it another try after my second time I will come back. hopefully the review will be better Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
