Sinclair's Gully Winery Adelaide Hills

Stunning location in the bushland in the adelaide hills. the owners are very friendly and hospitable, produce a series of wine from grapes in the adelaide hills as well as the mclaren flat region. especially we enjoyed the Grumpy(er) old **** and bought a few bottles to take home with us. they are also available as a high-time location and occasionally have live music in the summer months.

Came here for a french show excellent atmosphere and passion for sustainability. is returned during the day for wine tasting etc.

We were in the throw of organizing a venue for our high time, as good friends suggested that we visit sean and sue and discuss the opportunity to keep the high time in the weingut. the next weekend we went up, and on the end of this Sunday afternoon we had a date with pencil. both sue and sean have done what we wanted, and both are full of good ideas to help them organize and plan their big day. sean brought us into the forested against where the ceremony would take place, and the gum looked so majestic, we realized that it was the perfect place for the ceremony. the cellar door area, is skillful and only the best place to celebrate their friends and guests their big day. sue had some great suggestions, what eat works well, table set up and timing of everything. sean was advised on wein and beer (very important) and helped with suggestions for lighting and visual effects. with their help and our friends in the building we had the most beautiful space to enjoy our day. we had perfect weather, while it was quite warm, late afternoon the reception area is shaded, which makes for a big room. the bier and the wein flew, just about all commented on how beautiful the environment was, and how relaxed they all felt how we wanted it. So, all in all, sinclair gully winery, should be on their list of goals not only to plan their high time, but only a great place to enjoy some super weine, and great host, sean and sue.

While looking for a venue for our wedding, we came across Sinclair's Gully when searching for a outdoor ceremony reception at one location, where we were able to supply our own caterers for the day. When we arrived we were greeted by Sue who answered all our questions and showed us around the winery that afternoon. We loved the laid back feel the winery had in a rustic and natural setting. On our day Sue and Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and fuss free. We couldn't recommend Sue and Sean enough to anyone that asked us. All our guests had an amazing time and complimented what a beautiful venue we chose.

Great bush venue, come to taste some wine and grab a seat and relax under some gum trees too. Also has concerts durinf fringe or adelaide festival season.
