Disappointing first and last experience with misleading closing time. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this experience was disappointing. I came to Lazy Boy Hotpot at 9 PM, expecting to dine in since Google says the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. Instead, I was told to order takeaway because they were already wrapping up. If the kitchen closes earlier, it would be more helpful to adjust the listed hours to reflect that. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression. Now I see why you named your place as “Lazy Boy”, the name reflects the service perfectly. I recommend visiting YangGuoF* Hotpot instead as they provide much better service and respect their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
