Red Rooster Arndale - Adelaide

Toilets were filthy, Tables not wiped down Food we ordered was ok but not to standard of other red rooster I have recently been to eg mildura.

Staff starting from the counter from the kitchen seems to be so furstated working there. The manager on the shift looks tired and the kitchen lady accompaning her looks so not intrested in doing her job kind of throws the food on the delivery dock. The staff at the front is slow and almost lost not knowing what she is doing. The other front lady looks like the only person working and loving what she is doing, she was exceptional doing her work.

Hit and miss with drive thru order. Ordered 18x pieces of hot honey fried chicken and half of the chicken had no sauce on it. Called up the arndale store and their response was OK and long silence before I had to say what cna you about it? Seriously?!

I’ve tried chicken pieces as well as burgers, and they’re all very good. The spices and taste is very different than KFC or Oporto, so it’s not just another similar chicken, it has its own special taste. If you like chicken, you should try Red Rooster for sure.

Went for lunch, there was about 10 people in the store and the staff could not handle the lunch rush. Waited 25 mins for food. What a joke I decided to leave feedback on their feedback form and I get a missed call at 10.14pm, I call the number back and it's Red Rooster calling me about my feedback, are you joking me, what kind of dodgy business is this. The guy tells me maybe it's too late to call and he will call me tomorrow, I tell him, yeah that's a great idea. Can't wait to hear what this guy has to say tomorrow
