Lenawee Recreation Bowling Center And Zz's Sports Grill

ZZ's is not the best. The bowling alley portion is okay, but the bar and grill is not. The location is not the cleanest and definitely needs to be remodeled. The employees are kind if hit or miss. Some of them are nice and some of them act like they just don't want to be there. I would only recommend going there for bowling.

Customer service is garbage. We called at 11:30am and was told 12-5 is reserved for birthday party and 5 to whatever was open bowling first come first serve. So we waited until 5 and showed up and was told the whole bowling alley was reserved for high school and no one is allowed. Lugging two kids and a baby and lost 5 hours. Then was asked who did you speak with. I didn't know I needed a name to catch an employee in a lie. BS. ZZ's lost and Big Mike's Ten Pin Alley's gain.

Saturday night, only 3 tables had customers. 3 waiters. Why did my food take so long and why was it lukewarm? Why did my waiter have to ask if we needed silverware? Food was soggy. Served and waiter never checked back, too busy sitting at an empty table with other waiters. Used to love ZZ's food. Now yuck! Loud crappy country music from 25 years ago. Price on menu didn't match receipt for up charge on fries. What happened to this place?

Very bad. I went there on Friday night with my family and was very disappointed. The waitress took 15 minutes to ask us what drinks we wanted and took another 5 to give it to us. The music was very inappropriate and I had to cover my children's ears multiple times. We waited an hour to order our food and didn't get it til an hour and thirty minutes later. Our food was cold and hard when it arrived, plus it smelled like cigarettes in the entire building. Overpriced and trashy. If I could rate it a 0 I would. P.S There was a frozen French fry located in my onion rings. Never coming back.

Have been coming here for years and always decent HOWEVER boy have things changed unfortunately for the worse. we went for drinks and food on a Friday early evening. relatively busy. we opted to sit at the bar and ordered our drinks and food. bartender was semi friendly. we waited quite a while for a refill and a while for our food. it was pretty noisy but that was to be expected in a bar. however about 35 minutes into waiting on our food someone turned the music super high throughout the entire dining area and bar. I'm not talking a little high. way high. annoyingly high Observed servers talking to each other but ignoring their tables and they didn't seem to care about the comfort of the guests. it was ridiculous. I could understand if it was after 9pm on a Friday night but highly unlikely we will go back anytime soon. Food order was accurate and okay but again waited too long in an uncomfortable and not relaxing environment
