Plantation Bar Restaurant - AGNES WATER

Had a really lovely experience here. Food was beautiful and the staff were great especially the lady with the dark hair and tanned skin! Unfortunately there was a customer who was very rude to staff over something out of the managers control. The manager handled it very well, and had a lot more patience than I would have!Thank you for a great evening can’t wait to come back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my evening here. My steak was cooked perfectly, priced fairly and tasted delicious. Excellent and friendly service from all staff on shift! Generally a really nice experience sat near the pool with live music setting the atmosphere. Unfortunately overheard another customer disgruntled over a very minor inconvenience, however the manager on shift dealt with it very well and more than fairly. Ignore any poor reviews you might see, in my experience, this restraunt is absolutely worth your time and money.

We visited this restaurant three times this week, and the food was fantastic! The seafood platter for two was extraordinary, and we couldn't finish it. All the other dishes were beautifully presented and delicious as well. We would have given it a 5-star rating, but the service fell short. A little training could make a big difference (for instance, servers shouldn't lean over tables when serving or clearing plates). Additionally, all the meals should ideally be served at the same time (we ordered two dishes, and this should be communicated between the waitstaff and the kitchen). This is just constructive criticism because, overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The buffet breakfast was just average, and I wouldn't recommend it.

It was an excellent experience with friendly service, delicious food, great cocktails, and ice-cold beer. It's rare to find a restaurant that checks all these boxes. I will definitely be back!
