Grissini - Agoura Hills

A few weeks ago my daughter searched for local Italian restaurants. This came up as being conveniently close but after four years of living in Agoura Hills, we hadn't seen or heard of it! Our misfortune! We have now gone here twice and, unlike so many restaurants, the second time did not disappoint! Every dish we ordered was superb. Last night they made an exquisite Oso Bucco with risotto that was outstanding. Their calamari fritti is the best we've tasted and their homemade pastas are sensational. The atmosphere is more old Italian traditional but the biggest problem this restaurant has is its location. You would never know it was there. Tucked away in a mini mall off the Agoura Road and hidden from view, if you can find it, it's well worth the expedition!!

Pasta was delicious. Marsala was just ok. Sauce was to sweet I expected more of a mushroom favorite. Also the mushrooms they use seem it was more a can mushrooms Next time I order the pasta Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

What a very pleasant surprise! My daughter stumbled on it and it is so close to our house! The location doesn’t do this restaurant justice. Tucked away in a Mini mall and hidden from the road, it’s old school Italian with charm in its walls and charm in its staff. The food, incidentally, is delicious! The pastas are many and varied and my chicken Milanese was outstanding! The portions are generousalmost too generous in the case of the Antipastibut also quite delicious! This is definitely worth a repeat performance!!

Delicious food! We had the Oso Buco last night and it was amazing! We truly love the outdoor garden seating with a water fountain and lights. The service was amazing, very attentive very prompt. We went with our toddler daughter and she absolutely loves their kids pasta, but also couldn't stop eating the Oso Buco plate : delicious!
