We started with a cocktail, pulled to the Bruschetta and finally a 12 oz fillet mignon. I was understated, but the others weren't. And the kitchen rectified my steak in time. We enjoyed very much and the food was excellent. I definitely recommend Grissini Ristorante.
What a very pleasant surprise! My daughter stumbled on it and it is so close to our house! The location doesn’t do this restaurant justice. Tucked away in a Mini mall and hidden from the road, it’s old school Italian with charm in its walls and charm in its staff. The food, incidentally, is delicious! The pastas are many and varied and my chicken Milanese was outstanding! The portions are generous…almost too generous in the case of the Antipasti…but also quite delicious! This is definitely worth a repeat performance!!
We did the create your own pasta option. I chose the whole wheat option with veggies and my partner chose the spicy arrabiata with linguine. Both were really good. We also really enjoyed the olive tapenade starter.
It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's worth the cost if you want to experience a bit of authentic Italian atmosphere. Very attentive personnel without being annoying. The food was good. It's nice that they are open late (we arrived close to 9 PM and they were still open). If we're in the area, will definitely come again.
Grissini happened to be walking distance from our Hampton Inn and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here. One could mix any of their pastas with any of their sauces and at least by our experience, all were delicious, as were the breadsticks with olive spread (complimentary), salads, pizza, wine and dessert. All our food was vegetarian and wonderful. We were not expecting it to be this good and were very happily surprised. I wish we could go back more often.
