I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, both with the meal and the service. The service was actually better at McDonald's. The food was subpar; the burger was dry and overcooked, and the fries were cold, hard, and unappetizing. The bar staff seemed uninterested in their customers and didn’t even ask if we wanted any drinks. It felt like everyone was hiding in a corner rather than attending to patrons. Additionally, I was quite uncomfortable when one of the female employees (a small white girl with blonde hair) attempted to work behind the bar. It was not a pleasant experience. Next time, I think I'll just go to Habit or Jack for a burger instead.

I’ve been dining on the islands for years, and I remember their burgers being big and juicy, so I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the burger I had this time was much smaller than what I remembered from a few years ago, and my fries were cold. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the $17.39.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants since it opened. Although the staff has changed over the years, the quality and service remain consistently high. I usually sit at the bar with my friend Dana, who is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. I typically order the tortilla soup, which is always fantastic, but today I decided to try something new: the double cheeseburger special for lunch. It was amazing! I might have found a new favorite!

That's the second time I'm at this place for dinner. The first time was about 11 years ago and it was a disaster. I had a feeling service would be slow as it took 25 minutes to sit and I noticed a whole section empty (about 10 tables). The waitress was better than before, but they have some serious staff problems, especially the kitchen. Waited for food over an hour and an order came about 15 minutes above all. Waitress apologized several times for the long waiting period for food. The food was okay, but definitely not justified. I wouldn't recommend if you want to eat in less than 2.5 hours. If you die for a burger, try it instead.

Outstanding times every visit we?ve made (x 10 and counting) Dustin has an amazing handle on the bar area! His service is five star, high end restaurant level and we sure appreciate him. This is why we sit in his section every time we dine here. The food is always cooked to perfection! The burgers, wraps, apps and truffle fries are incredible! I literally count days to return to the plate I make disappear in 2.2. ? Yummy food, friendly staff ?, every single one of them! Highly recommended and greatly appreciated!
