Takosushi - Aiken

The food and service were good. Atmosphere/dining room could use a bit of a lift in terms of style and ambiance. But I will go back to try their many choices.

I did not set any expectation prior to my visit. I was surprised at the speed of service. I was pleased with the size of the rolls. I wasn't surprised with cost though being this is at the alley.

Food was good, but the service was lacking. I was at a table with a large group and instead of taking a few steps around the table to ask everyone their order, the server stood at the far end and wanted everyone to yell their order across the table. They also reached over me multiple times because they couldn't be bothered to take a few extra steps, and they had a bad attitude in general.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Some of the best food around but awful people working as the hostess and answering the phones. We call asking if they are still open and taking customers and we immediately leave the house. We get turned down at the door upon arrival. It has happened twice now, we will never be back. So sad because the food is so good.

We went in with a pretty large group and it was fantastic! The employees were all polite and talkative. Everyone’s food was delicious! Our server, Lexie, was attentive to us, super nice, and very knowledgeable about the menu and all the dishes. Will definitely visit this location again!
