I clearly asked for Cake Batter icecream w/ browni, the guy repeats it back to me liter gives me regular vanilla icecream instead. Then, the brownies are sitting out on the counter with nothing covering them, as a GNAT flew around! Idk what happene, they USE to be great!

Great place. Nice staff and a huge selection of combinations you can try it. Really good place for when you feel like you could use some ice cream. My date once stood me up over here but luckily I had some ice cream to make the pain go away.

Ice-cream was not bad, but server guy was grumpy. Tried to ask for opinion on what the best combination was. Got a brisk I don 't eat ice-cream. Do better bro.

I paid an extra $1 for a single KitKat, and the dessert was really amazing.

I had my order canceled for no apparent reason, which I find unacceptable. Their website and physical locations should be aligned and free of misleading information.
