The raven dish was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the classic Tonkatsu noodles, and the pork was incredibly tender and flavorful. I really enjoyed the broth as well. The portion of noodles was quite generous, and the shrimp was equally plentiful. The egg was cooked to perfection too.

Good food, excellent service. After a long week, the last thing I want to do is to do with bad service. This fast casual lawn counter was perfect. Good food: great presentation, great taste Tony was excellent. Very friendly and happy. That's what I needed.

I regret to say that I need to revise my review. My initial visits were excellent, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The noodles have become gummy, and the meat is often either fatty or not tender. I’m not sure what has changed, but it’s quite disappointing.

I like the small cafe/traditional rammen house style they have with two long bars (one opposite a window) and some tables/boots, and I also like how easy it was to choose your meal and toppings on the small touchscreen device, but the tonkatsu ramen was....at first pretty good. They do not use sharp meat cuts, nor the best broth, but it was still tasty enough for a lunch with friends. After it had been sitting for a while, everything tasted just like inlaid ginger. It took about 15 minutes to finish it (and eat more than), and at the end I had chosen all ginger to try to salt it. It was beyond salvation, even the pig tasted more like ginger than himself. Unfortunately, there is none of this ingredient option on the menu, so I'm not too sharp on it, again for their riddles. The Chai bubble tea was great!

Good ramen in the area. Fairly pricey for what you get. I've paid the same for nearly double the portion at other ramen places.
