Mcdonald's - Akron

I ordered a sandwich from the menu, but when I opened it, I found out it was a crispy chicken sandwich instead. The cost was deducted from my linked McDonald's account. When I brought this up with the staff, they told me I hadn't placed that order. I can't eat large chicken sandwiches because I only have an upper plate, so I was really frustrated. The manager told me not to raise my voice, but how else can I make my concerns heard if I remain quiet? I’m disappointed with this experience, and I won't be returning, even though I used to have dinner there every night.

On December 13, 2022, at 10:10 AM, I visited the McDonald's located on Market Street in Akron, near the Akron City Hospital. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and I must say, the staff were very professional and friendly. The burger was piping hot and tasted like it had just come off the grill. I've been to other places where the burgers were sitting for hours, but not here. Both the service and the meal were excellent. Thank you!

I visited McDonald's for lunch at 2:00 a.m. and ended up with a mouthful of raw food on my first bite. It was extremely disappointing and disgusting.

I have used the mcdonald’s app lately, and it has completely changed my drive-thru experience! workers seem more pleasant and ready to ensure that their order is accurate! child-friendly: eating that children love. toys that are included in happy meals.

I have been getting my coffee at this location for 12 years I also get my food from this location I know the food will be hot and made right as well as my coffee I never have any issues with this location every other location in Akron seems to not follow the same procedure as this location when having a great customer service and always getting my order rightKid-friendliness: The managers dont allow the ones on drugs to hang inside/outside, changed the bulbs in the restroom to stop the people using needles, they call the police whom arrive quickly due to city hospital officers which keeps a healthy kid friendly restaurant! So proud of the managers at this location putting the effort in to keep a family restuarant, healthy happy an joyous.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrance/exit are wheelchair friendly as well as multiple tables! My sis is in a wheelchair and can enter/exit with no issues as well as maneuver her wheelchair inside the store with no issues!
