Papa Joe's/iacomini's - Akron

First time ever poor service. Chalking up to bad kitchen night. Server was fine. Food was fine. Took 35 minutes to get water. Server apologized and brought two complimentary appetizers. Kitchen was slow got entrees at 845 seated at 705. One order completely screwed up but server made it right asap. Server was not at fault. Understaffed and backed up kitchen.

We had the pan-fried perch. It was outstanding. Perfect blend of the lemon and butter sauce along with the perch. Side salad and mashed potatoes. Loved it.

The food came out fairly quickly and was very good. Our server, Randy, was very attentive and helpful with the menu, and she smiled a lot. A great experience!
