Do not use the website or google to tell them whether this place is closed because 945 all the lights are on, workers sit inside and kick it, but not on the drive through the window too politely saying they go *k themselves. if they stop to serve at a certain time, please turn the lights on the drive so that the 3 cars that moved in front of me and I would not have stopped. if the personal is this unprofessional, I can probably assume that eating elsewhere and not supporting this company in the future is a good idea.

Chicken absolutely delicious, mac appear old and hard, I give 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 24mins in line just to place and order, then another 20 mins to get my food

I wouldn’t even give this location a 1 star I’m honestly surprised this place is still open for business with how lackluster your customer service is. You don’t answer the phone, your system is “always down” most days you “only take cash” or are out of things like just shut this entire location down at this point. This has to be the worst Popeyes location in the USA. Be prepared to sit in the drive through for a good 30 minutes to an hour and then when you get to the window they’ll tell you the system is down or they are only taking cash. Yet you won’t answer the phone so people are forced to waste gas and come down just to see if everything if working properly on whatever day.

Ordered online. Don't know who helped us at the order screen but they were very efficient and friendly. Parked on the side like asked and food was brought to car. Lady was on phone so that was a bit unprofessional, but received everything ordered accurately.

I had a taste for fried chicken, there waited 20 minutes only to scream because their loudspeaker is wut. I come into the window and the dame is just as rude, repeating the order. I'm coming home and he was wrong. I didn't even take care of going back, my dog enjoyed that huh. the customer service is rude and so it is eating. I drive across the city, to the other popeyes where the food is fresh and the customer service is great!
