Subway - Akron

This is undoubtedly one of the better Subways, situated in Springfield near Giant Eagle! The staff is friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently well-made and not just thrown together, which has been a problem at other locations I've visited. I was a bit disappointed to find that they removed Diet Dr. Pepper from the fountain drink machine, as it was my favorite. Nevertheless, I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location again.

I am updating my review to highlight the significant improvements in both the app and the store. We've successfully used the app several times, and it works well now. The subs we've had have been excellent, and overall, our experience has been quite satisfying. However, I'm unable to comment on the staff because I couldn't get the website to function. It's unfortunate, but there are plenty of other options available nearby. If this Subway wants to remain open, they really need to ensure that their online ordering system works consistently, not just occasionally. By the way, the chicken sandwich from the Kentucky Fried Chicken across the street was fantastic; it could have been a sub if I had been able to place an order for one.

I had a great experience with my sandwich from this place! It's rare for a sandwich to look just like the picture, but mine certainly did. The ingredients were perfectly balanced and everything was evenly arranged, including the sauce!

Ate here a few times. It's okay. Basic Subway. No complaints or issues, but not the most amazing Subway in the world...

Love the people here. Cozy dinning room. Would give a 5 but there's no microwave?
