It's McDonald's and everyone working was great. This was when the power was out and everyone was very nice. Great management ?
With all the power outages, this place was BUSY, to say the least. I waited 30 minutes for my food.. They handled it the best they could. However, they messed up nearly every order, which caused wait times to be even longer. My only suggestion would be, slower is faster. Take your time, get orders right and you'll be fine. Again, they handled it well, just a small suggestion.
I came here to apologize : this is the b that needed nuggets/tenders this morning. The signage made things very difficult. There is a sign posted stating the lunch items that are also served morning, noon, and night. I was told to come back at 10:30. This was breakfast time. 8:30am. I want to apologize to the manager who I spoke with. I know we were all stressed this morning. She told me because of the pandemic they aren?t running those specials rn. Thank you for making my baby some nuggets this morning. I could never know what y?all go through and have to deal with every day, but please know I love and care about all of you and I always get amazing service. The drive thru employees are always kind and Jesse specifically is always a friendly face at the drive thru. Thank you. Sending all the best vibes to y?all!
This location I would describe as bootlegged . I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can 't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD 'S website. Seems to be a counterfeit location. Location is the only reason I visit near work and Credit Union.
