1400 Grill - Alameda

1400 bar and grill is a great place to come for drinks and food. The Mai Tais are amazing, very good if your into them. I ordered the spam fries and those were a nice treat if you have as much class I do . We also ordered the steamers appetizer, and that was the treat of the whole experience. If you love all seafood I highly recommend you trying it. The shrimp was amazing, the clams and cod are cooked to perfection! We met the owner Yani, and he is a class act, very nice and big on the history of this location, and Greek history as well lol. Please come in and you will not regret it.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner (at 2 pm) there and it was a well made standard affair. Friendly service and comfortable seating. Maybe next year they'll return to doing the buffet so we can once again get a choice of 4 different pies.

Good homemade burgers with great french! endless refills so and a great place to watch the games! the service providers were also five star workers! it was very pleased to talk to them! will definitely come back! Many thanks for their honest device!

Almost everything here is so fucking delicious. the bar pizza is happy on a plate, the wing platter is excellent, a very funny cocktail menu, great fish chips, a fun brunch menu and much more. it is so beautiful to have a place that is local, reliable, open late-ish and secret. the only part is that the terrace can be fairly crowded and it is not the most covid conscious place around the inside. Drinks can be expensive, so be careful when the well made cocktails flow. the amount is more on the local side, it is a great place for birthdays, date nights or a solo night.

If you're ever in alameda. that's a must. bring a certain driver because she's fat and happy here, that's when she doesn't need a vegan attention every five minutes. the bartender was amazing, eating was amazing, owner still works here and is friendly and not clogged and amazing. the restaurant actually has a bus staff who keeps the tables cleaned accordingly. what we have ordered: starting with our drinks: plack ties. starters: the wings, dry ruin, tasty, the number was only five so order a few teller. the chowder and other seafood dishes are California 5, but a new england 3 (berry for the east coast Snobby statement)... but really some of the best seafood I had here in California. it is truly equivalent to the high quality that it is from the restaurants in bodega bay. meeresfrench medley. experience: so this was the right balance: great eating, great drinks, laughing with great friends has created a great experience in this wonderful restaurant. for me, this is a great food. properly prepared eating, a level of service and atmosphere that does not in any way distract from their ability to share the moment with big friends. 1400 delivers this standard! While I can't remember any of our main courses, I remember that it was a great time, hot and tasty eating, and above all we had all fun and it's now a place that we go every time we are in town. what we spent: $300 for eating and drinks, which for 5 people in the bay area was extremely affordable and worth every penny. faster tipp: this is not a restaurant they collect, fed and then they kick for the next paying customer. this place offered the perfect atmosphere to bring their close friends, people they really like. so they enjoy the atmosphere, share a good conversation and make fun remembrance. the waiting staff was slow, but not inattentive, they stay out of the way to give them enough time to relax and enjoy their friends, enjoy the experience, and not the feeling they wait for them to get from their table. what I really appreciate. so they order all their apps/meals at a time, bring their best chat friends and put them back and enjoy the experience. this isn't the place to bring a high maintenance friend who needs constant attention, as well as really enjoy this person? it's easy to navigate.
